IV.          DISCUSSION/ACTION

A.  0029.  To amend the Lease Agreement between DeTour Area Schools and DeTour Arts & Technology Academy, retroactive, September 1, 2011 to reduce the rental fee from $3,000.00 per month to $1,000.00 per month for the 9 month school year.

Moved by Warner, supported by Papin to approve the Lease Agreement between the DeTour Area Schools and DeTour Arts & Technology Academy.
